The Diputació de València organized a showcase of the ‘esmorzar valencià’ (Valencian breakfast) at the Centre Cultural La Beneficència to highlight regional gastronomic identity. The event was part of the Euro-Toques Autonomous Assembly, which coincided with the association’s 40th anniversary.
