Instead, officials recommend manually typing the official address, ‘www.detran.es.gov.br’, into browsers to issue the Single Collection Document (DUA). Detran|ES emphasized that the agency does not send payment slips via email or mobile messages containing links. 

When making payments via Pix or boleto, citizens are urged to verify that the beneficiary is either Detran|ES or the State Secretariat of Finance (Sefaz-ES) to ensure the debt is correctly cleared.
