The "Venezuela Renace" sports games were launched to provide recreation and social integration for communities affected by recent earthquakes. 

In Petare, Miranda, the games began with an inauguration involving children and adolescents from local schools and transitional camps. The competition was structured in three stages: an inter-camp phase, a municipal phase, and a regional phase, covering seven different athletic disciplines. 

Following this, inter-camp activities were held in Maiquetía, La Guaira. This stage involved approximately 200 participants from three transient camps, featuring various competitions such as basketball, chess, and martial arts demonstrations.
