The Victorian government has delayed the implementation of controversial Work From Home (WFH) reform legislation. Initially scheduled to begin on September 1, 2024, the start date was pushed to July 1, 2025, to allow for further consultation following criticism from 12 business and employer groups.

By mid-September, the Carroll Cabinet halted plans to legislate a right to work from home at least two days per week.
