Infrastructure development is progressing across various bridge projects in Vietnam, supported in part by South Korean Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) financing.

In Dong Thap province, construction on the My An - Cao Lanh Expressway has reached the stage of installing heavy concrete bridge beams for the Tra Bong Bridge. This project, part of the North-South Expressway West section, aims to complete the bridge structure by the end of 2026 despite challenges regarding material sourcing and power line relocation.

In Ninh Binh province, work is advancing on the Ninh Cuong Bridge spanning the Ninh Co River. After facing initial delays due to land clearance for over 140 households, contractors are now working on deep-drilled pile foundations. The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2027.
