The ‘Connecting Love’ (Nối trọn yêu thương/Kết nối yêu thương) humanitarian initiative in Vietnam has evolved from a long-term storytelling project into a large-scale mobilization effort for social welfare.

Initially, the program focused on documenting seven years of resilience, highlighting individuals who overcome adversity to serve their communities, such as those managing community libraries or para-athletes. 

More recently, the program has expanded its scope through collaboration between the Ministry of Public Security and the Vietnam Women's Union. This phase focuses on mobilizing community resources to assist women and children facing extreme poverty or critical illnesses. The initiative also aims to support the eventual establishment of a specialized hospital for children with critical illnesses.
