The plan includes establishing dedicated switchboards in 34 provinces, utilizing a unified emergency number, and implementing digital mapping to coordinate public and private resources. Following this, the Institute of Air Force Medicine proposed the creation of a standardized national aeromedical evacuation network. This proposal seeks to transition from using modified military transport aircraft to a unified system of specialized aircraft, including fixed-wing planes for intensive care and advanced helicopters.
