Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Cuong stated that the initial phase of the 30-day inspection will target seven provinces and cities: Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, Hung Yen, and Thai Nguyen.
