Land clearance efforts for major transportation infrastructure projects are progressing in different regions of Vietnam.

In Hanoi, land recovery is underway for the expansion of National Highway 1A in Dinh Cong Ward. The project aims to alleviate traffic congestion at the city’s southern gateway. The segment in this ward involves over 92,243 m² of land, affecting 123 households and several organizations. While residents have expressed support for the long-term traffic benefits, authorities are currently conducting asset surveys and verifying land origins to finalize compensation and resettlement plans.
