The Thanh Hóa Department of Health partnered with the Public Health University to expand public‑health training, while the University of Science and Technology Hanoi signed an agreement with Hanoi Renal Hospital to link life‑science curricula with clinical practice, emphasizing digital health, AI and data‑science projects and boosting the supply of qualified health‑care personnel. Later in July, Vietnam extended this partnership drive abroad by signing a MoU between Hanoi’s University of Medicine and the University of Medicine Sofia in Bulgaria. The agreement sets up faculty and student mobility, joint scientific conferences, shared curriculum development and cooperation with the Faculty of Pharmacy, tapping EU programmes to support joint research.
