Vietnam continues to implement administrative and leadership changes across various levels of government and institutional bodies.

Recent high-level appointments include the designation of two new Deputy Inspectors General within the Inspectorate General: Phạm Thành Ngại, the former Chairman of the Đồng Tháp People's Committee, and Nguyễn Thanh Tuấn, the former Director of the Huế City Police. In the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Nguyễn Việt Sơn has been appointed Deputy Minister, while Lê Trọng Yên has been named Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

New developments in the Ministry of Construction include the appointment of Vice Minister Le Anh Tuan as Commander of the Ministry's Military Command, with Lam Van Hoang named Deputy Commander. Additionally, the Ministry of Education and Training has restructured the Institute of Educational Strategy and Policy, appointing Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh as Director.

At the regional level, cadre planning and oversight continue. In Lai Chau, the Party Secretariat approved Ha Trong Hai and Dao Thi Lan Anh to join the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2025-2030 term. In Vinh Long, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Van Lau addressed 792 officials in personnel planning, emphasizing that they must demonstrate competence and responsibility to maintain their positions.

Administrative reforms persist in Can Tho, where the City Chairman issued directives to prevent work delays and address a surplus of deputy-level officials. Meanwhile, authorities in Lạng Sơn are conducting inspections of the Provincial Party Committee's leadership and personnel management while calling for the acceleration of ten major infrastructure and economic projects.
