Viettel is expanding its digital ecosystem through the introduction of the Viettel Tammi super-app. The company announced that its existing My Viettel application will cease operations on October 1, 2026, as telecommunications management and digital utility systems migrate to the new platform.

Viettel Tammi is designed as an all-in-one ecosystem integrating mobile, internet, and television services with nearly 50 additional services across sectors such as healthcare, education, and shopping. The platform will utilize AI Agents to provide personalized user experiences and data synchronization.

On a local level, the technology is being deployed for public administration. Tu My Commune and Viettel Ha Tinh have partnered to implement the ‘Tammi OA - Tu My Commune Digital Government’ model. This initiative uses the Viettel Tammi super-app to provide authenticated accounts and integrated communication tools, such as messaging and video calls, to enhance connectivity between local government and citizens.
