In terms of operations, the bank is implementing a multi-utility ecosystem designed to integrate financial services into daily life. This includes the ‘Digital Citizen Station’ project in Ho Chi Minh City, which provides 24/7 automated services for account management and various fee payments. Additionally, the bank is redesigning physical spaces through its ‘Financial Rendezvous - Cafe in Bank’ concept, a community-focused approach that received recognition at the 2026 Asia Architecture Design Awards. Parallel to these operational developments, Vikki Digital Bank has engaged in philanthropic efforts. In collaboration with HDBank, the bank joined the ‘Connecting Love’ program to support vulnerable women and children. This initiative, coinciding with Vietnamese Women’s Day, involves providing medical and educational assistance. To support these efforts, a dedicated account has been established at HDBank to facilitate ongoing donations for those facing poverty or critical illness. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-20: HDBank and Vikki Digital Bank support women and children in need HDBank and Vikki Digital Bank are supporting the ‘Connecting Love’ program to aid disadvantaged women and children through donations and a dedicated HDBank account. 5 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/hdbank-and-vikki-digital-bank-support-women-and-children-in-need ### 2026-10-15: Vikki Digital Bank integrates financial services into community lifestyle Vikki Digital Bank is expanding its digital ecosystem with 24/7 automated citizen stations in Ho Chi Minh City and a new “Cafe in Bank” model designed to blend financial services with community lifestyle. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/vikki-digital-bank-integrates-financial-services-into-community-lifestyle --- Cite as: Vikki Digital Bank business and social initiatives.
