Residents of the Villa Tasca neighborhood are demanding urgent action to address the deteriorating state of a pedestrian underpass on via Santissima Mediatrice. Local councilor Mirko Dentici reported that the passage has become a site of neglect, filled with waste and debris, which poses risks to hygiene and public safety.

Although extraordinary sanitation and waste removal efforts were carried out in 2023 and 2024, officials and residents argue that these isolated interventions are insufficient. Dentici has formally requested that municipal companies, in coordination with the Environment Department, establish a stable and recurring maintenance schedule to restore the area's decorum.
