Swiss Schlager singer Vincent Gross won the 13th season of the ProSieben musical guessing show ‘The Masked Singer’ performing under the persona ‘Fernando El Toro’. Gross competed against four other finalists, including Anna-Carina Woitschack and Joey Heindle.

Gross described the experience as unique and exciting, noting that the competition focused solely on his voice since his identity was unknown to the audience. To maintain anonymity, he intentionally altered his voice to sound significantly older.

He identified several clues that could have revealed his identity to viewers, including his second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and various linguistic cues regarding his Swiss heritage. He also noted that references to his participation in ‘Sing meinen Song – Das Schweizer Tauschkonzert’ served as potential hints.
