Vingroup has announced a major leadership transition within its subsidiaries, VinFast and GSM, to support global expansion in electric vehicles and green mobility. 

At VinFast, Pham Nhat Quan Anh, the eldest son of founder Pham Nhat Vuong, has been appointed Chairman and Global CEO, succeeding his father. Anh will also maintain his roles as Chairman and CEO of VinFast Vietnam and CEO of VinMetal. 

At GSM, Nguyen Quoc Tuan has transitioned from CEO to the role of Chairman of GSM Global, succeeding Pham Thu Huong. Pham Nhat Minh Hoang has been appointed as the new Global CEO of GSM and CEO of GSM Vietnam. 

Following these changes, founder Pham Nhat Vuong will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Vingroup, focusing on the group’s overarching strategic direction across technology, industry, and real estate sectors.
