Vingroup and Vinhomes have initiated the “Heritage Pride – Kiêu hãnh miền di sản” event at the Wyndham Legend Halong hotel to promote the Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long project. Located within the Ha Long Xanh urban area, the coastal super-city spans over 6,200 hectares with a total investment of approximately 456,639 billion VND (nearly 18 billion USD).

The development is designed to integrate residential, commercial, vacation, and entertainment spaces. Featured property models include 60 m² townhouses with dual-purpose layouts, offering high ceilings and acoustic separation to allow for both commercial and residential use. 

Additionally, the project will offer homes with high-end interior finishes in Modern, Mediterranean, and Neoclassical architectural styles. Handover of these properties is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
