By August 2026, Vingroup reported that its total ecosystem, including affiliates like Vincom Retail, GSM, and VinCons, encompasses approximately 230,000 personnel in Vietnam. The conglomerate noted a global workforce exceeding 400,000 people across more than 10 countries. This growth follows a steady increase in direct subsidiary employment, which rose from roughly 54,000 at the end of 2023 to over 104,000 by the end of 2025. The expansion is largely driven by the construction and infrastructure sector, supporting large-scale projects in areas such as Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Can Gio, and Cam Ranh.
