Rare vintage Plymouth models continue to appear on various sales platforms. A unique, one-off 1964 Plymouth Barracuda Landau prototype, featuring a targa-style modified steel roof with a removable canvas cover, is being offered via a no-reserve auction on Bring a Trailer. This specimen, which includes a 273 cubic inch V8 engine, power steering, and power brakes, has approximately 52,000 miles on the odometer. It features a gold exterior with a matching interior and previously sold for $23,100 at a Mecum Nashville auction.

Recent market activity shows significant movement for this prototype. A dealer reportedly purchased the 1964 V8 Landau in late September for $23,000 and sold it 35 days later for $64,000.

Other notable listings include a 1969 Plymouth Barracuda Formula S with a 383 stroker engine and four-speed transmission, listed on eBay Motors in Knoxville, Tennessee, for $45,000. Additionally, a 1963 Plymouth Sport Fury convertible is listed on Facebook Marketplace for $16,200 in Louisville, Tennessee, noted for requiring a new canvas top.
