Malaysian police have conducted several arrests following violent incidents in Penang and Perak. In Air Itam, Penang, authorities detained 10 additional men, bringing the total number of arrests to 23 regarding an armed brawl on August 29 that allegedly involved a debt dispute, weapons, and a vehicle ramming.

In Ipoh, Perak, 11 men were detained in connection with a machete attack in Taman Pengkalan Jaya. The attack left a 26-year-old man with serious injuries to his face, hands, legs, and back. Investigators believe the assault was motivated by revenge from an organized crime group.
