The Visma | Lease a Bike women’s cycling team has announced two new additions to its roster and staff.

In September, the team signed 20-year-old American rider Kylee Hanel as a trainee for the autumn season. Hanel, an American under-23 time trial champion and winner of the Unbound Gravel elite women’s race, will transition from the gravel circuit to road racing, with scheduled appearances in two UCI Category 1 races in France.

Following this, the team appointed two-time world champion Giorgia Bronzini as a sports director starting next season. Bronzini will focus on tactical race management and the development of younger riders, marking a professional reunion with active rider Marianne Vos.
