Vitória-ES has begun organizing its squad and leadership for the 2027 season. The club initially confirmed the renewal of 13 players, including Abuda and Araújo, and announced Ademar Rocha as president for the 2027–2029 term alongside head coach Leomir Constanço.

Following these leadership and renewal announcements, the club expanded its roster by signing three new offensive players: center-forward Joelson Ferreira, attacking midfielder Elias, and attacker Yury. These moves are intended to prepare the team for a schedule involving the Campeonato Capixaba, Copa do Brasil, Copa Verde, and Copa Espírito Santo.
