Vitória SC has begun recruiting players for its women’s sports teams for the 2026/27 season.

In August, the Guimarães-based club announced the signing of 39-year-old libero Daniela Loureiro for its women’s volleyball squad. Loureiro joined from Sporting CP, where she previously won one Federation Cup and two Portuguese Cups.

By early September, the club expanded its recruitment to include both volleyball and football. In women’s football, the club signed 32-year-old goalkeeper Bárbara Santos on a one-season contract. For the women’s volleyball team, the club added 27-year-old Brazilian specialist Karoline Silva.
