Recent reports indicate that a non-binding memorandum of understanding could be signed as early as October, following high-level management meetings in Mumbai. The joint venture is expected to utilize manufacturing facilities, potentially including a new JSW Motors plant in Maharashtra located near existing Škoda operations.
