Vortex Energy Corp. has finalized the acquisition of the Meadows Project in west-central Saskatchewan from Global Strategic Minerals Corp. The transaction includes 100% of the interests in Saskatchewan Subsurface Mineral Permit #SMP273, as well as all transferable technical information and governmental authorizations.

Alongside this acquisition, the company is conducting a geological desktop study for its Robinson River Salt Project. This study, commissioned to Lonquist Field Service (Canada), ULC, involves evaluating geological, geophysical, and historical borehole data to assess the potential for naturally occurring hydrogen and helium. The company clarified that this study is purely exploratory and does not confirm the presence or quantity of any gases.
