Following reports that draft voter rolls for 24 Delhi constituencies contained fewer names than the total voter turnout recorded in 2025, election officials in Delhi and West Bengal have launched enrollment drives to rectify omissions.

In West Bengal, the Chief Electoral Officer released a list of voters categorized as ‘Absent, Shifted, Dead, or Duplicate’ (ASDD). Eligible individuals may apply for inclusion in the electoral roll via Form 6. This initiative follows criticism from TMC Rajya Sabha MP Sagarika Ghose regarding the timing of the enrollment process.

In Delhi, the Chief Electoral Officer announced special registration camps at various colleges and universities to target young voters. These camps also include provisions for electors who have been displaced by recent colony demolitions.
