Australia's Wallabies coach Les Kiss initially announced a 33-man squad for a four-Test tour of Europe, which includes matches against England, Scotland, and Wales, as well as the Nations Championship finals. The original squad featured the return of overseas-based players Taniela Tupou and Tom Hooper, along with Carter Gordon, Len Ikitau, and Hunter Paisami.

Following the initial announcement, the squad underwent further changes. Veteran utility back Kurtley Beale was recalled to the national side for the first time since 2021 to replace Hunter Paisami, who withdrew for personal reasons.
