Initially, SANB S.p.A. reported that these protests were causing difficulties for vehicle circulation and fuel supplies in the municipalities of Bitonto, Corato, Ruvo di Puglia, and Terlizzi. 

By the following day, the situation escalated in Bisceglie, where service provider Teknoservice reported a progressive shortage of diesel. The company warned that fuel supplies are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain at regional depots due to the ongoing traffic blockades. To prevent a total halt of domestic waste collection, the provider may implement measures such as the temporary closure of municipal collection centers and the suspension of certain vehicles to reduce fuel consumption.
