The television game show Wheel of Fortune is implementing several new features and collaborations. In Season 44, the show is introducing ‘Fortune Frenzy’, a rapid-fire segment at the start of the program where contestants attempt to solve puzzles in quick succession to win $1,000 per puzzle. Host Ryan Seacrest noted the segment aims to increase gameplay within time constraints, while co-host Vanna White stated there is ‘nothing else to think about but solve that puzzle.’

The show has engaged in multiple digital partnerships. A collaboration with Words With Friends featured a ‘TV Theme Week’ from September 21 to September 25, involving crossword-style puzzles on the show and a themed puzzle board in the app where players could earn rewards, including content featuring Vanna White.

Additionally, Zynga has announced a partnership between its social casino game, Hit it Rich!, and Wheel of Fortune. Scheduled for a takeover from October 19 to October 23, the collaboration will include five episodes featuring Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White on a themed set. During this period, viewers can participate in a nightly sweepstakes with a progressive jackpot potentially reaching $20,000 per episode. Within the Hit it Rich! app, players will access three exclusive Wheel of Fortune-themed slot machines, a themed lobby, and updates to existing events such as Slotventures and Treasure Hunt.
