In late October 2026, Croatia scheduled two major wine events: the Dalmatian Wine Icons in Zagreb, featuring 40 wineries from the Dalmatia region, and the Sparkling Wine Fest in Jastrebarsko, which includes tastings of over 80 sparkling wines and a humanitarian Bubbly Bar.

By early November, regional activities expanded to include holiday gift packages from Vinarija Štampar in Croatia. In Slovenia, Martinovanje celebrations were announced, including a tour connecting the Kras and Vipava Valley regions through historical sites, as well as wine and art events held in historic palaces in Koper.
