Koei Tecmo and Team NINJA have announced that the action RPG Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember is scheduled for a worldwide release on March 4, 2027. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, with day-one availability on Xbox Game Pass.

Set in China during the Three Kingdoms period in 208 AD, the sequel features a shift toward open-field and open-world designs. The gameplay introduces new mechanics such as Insight Skills (or Intuitive Skills), which allow players to utilize terrain for counterattacks, alongside acrobatic movements like wall running, jumping, and aerial attacks.

A limited-time Alpha Demo is currently available for testing on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
