Wojciech Kurowski, a businessman and former head of Optima Development Poland, was placed on an official police wanted list by the First Police Station in Krakow. The search is based on Article 286, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code regarding fraud.

Subsequent reports clarified that Kurowski faces charges related to fraud and causing damage to his company and its creditors. These legal issues involve transactions concerning a hotel project in Zakopane, with company liabilities estimated to exceed 80 million PLN. 

Polish influencer Angelika Trochonowicz, known as Andziaks, addressed the situation in a video statement. While expressing emotional distress and stating she has provided financial support to Kurowski, she distanced herself from his professional decisions and business operations.
