Hong Kong table tennis players have achieved silver medal success in recent WTT Grand Smash competitions.

At the WTT Europe Grand Smash, the mixed doubles pair Huang Zhenting and Du Kaiqin earned silver after losing 1-3 to China’s Lin Shidong and Kuai Man. In the women’s singles category at the same event, Taiwanese player Peng Yuhan advanced to the round of 16 following an upset victory over Japan’s Honoka Hashimoto.

Following this, Du Kai-cham and Ng Wing-lam secured a doubles silver medal at the WTT Sweden Grand Smash.
