Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has demonstrated significant growth across the EMEA region. In the first half of 2026, the company signed agreements for 25 additional hotels and opened 13 new properties, bringing its total to over 750 hotels and 99,000 rooms in the region. This expansion is supported by demand in Turkey, growth in India, and investment in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Building on this momentum, the company announced the introduction of its European lifestyle brand, Vienna House, to the Indian market with the signing of the Vienna House Easy Vrindavan. This 100-key property is slated to open in 2029. Wyndham currently maintains a pipeline of more than 50 hotels in India, with the goal of reaching approximately 100 operational hotels in the country by the end of 2026.
