In early July 2026, German symphonic‑metal band Xandria issued the single “Northstar” as a preview for their upcoming record. By early August they announced that the album, titled “Eclipse,” would be released on 7 August 2026 through Napalm Records, describing an eleven‑track blend of 80s‑style riffs, orchestral arrangements, Celtic folk elements and a Pink‑Floyd‑inspired solo.
