Polish wellness franchise operator Xtreme Brands has initiated a regional expansion strategy through new master franchise agreements and international openings.

In early August, Xtreme Brands signed a master franchise agreement with the Australian brand Strong Pilates. This partnership aims to roll out the Strong Pilates concept across Central and Eastern Europe, starting with Poland and the Czech Republic, with a long-term goal of reaching 750 operating locations in the region by 2030.

Following this, the company announced its first international location outside of Poland, scheduled to open in Opava, Czech Republic, on October 15, 2026. The Czech Republic is intended to serve as a pilot market for Xtreme Fitness Gyms’ global expansion via a franchise model. To support this, the company has begun searching for local partners and investors to develop the network across Czech cities. Founder Łukasz Dojka stated that while the company will use established Polish processes and standards, it intends to develop the Czech network locally to adapt to specific market needs.

In addition to the Czech expansion, the network is continuing domestic growth in Poland, with a new club scheduled to open in Olsztyn featuring eight specialized training zones, including cardio, functional, and HYROX areas.
