Yongin FC has expanded its operations through international sporting partnerships and local community initiatives.

In September 2026, the club signed a memorandum of understanding with Sevilla FC to improve youth development, coaching education, and sports directing. This partnership includes talent identification expertise, intensive training programs for U18 players in Spain, and the implementation of data-driven player management models.

Following this, the club collaborated with Yongin Special City and Yongin Arts & Science University to host the ‘Our Special Kick-off’ event. This initiative provided children in foster care and residential facilities the opportunity to attend a K League 2 match and participate in stadium tours, fulfilling a community need identified through participant surveys.
