Finishing with a total of 4-under 284, she was the only player to record an under-par score, winning by four strokes ahead of runners-up Kim Min-sol and Kim Min-ju. This victory marked her sixth career KLPGA win and her return to the Korean circuit after 26 months, following a successful season on the LPGA Tour where she won the KPMG Women's PGA Championship and the Amundi Evian Championship. Notably, Kim Min-sol’s second-place finish brought her total season earnings to 1.52997 billion won, setting a new KLPGA Tour record for highest single-season earnings. In a separate performance at the BMW Ladies Championship at Pine Beach Golf Links in Haenam-gun, Haeran Ryu extended her lead to four strokes heading into the final round. Ryu carded a 4-under 68 during the third round to reach 17-under par, maintaining control despite windy and rainy conditions. Ultimately, Yuri Yoshida claimed victory at the BMW Ladies Championship, finishing with a total of 17-under par after overtaking the leader during the final round. Haeran Ryu and Hye-Jin Choi both finished in a tie for second place at 16-under par. Ryu’s tournament was characterized by high precision, as she hit 52 of 54 greens in regulation. The event was impacted by heavy rain, necessitating course officials to use squeegees to clear water from the greens. Other South Korean players, including Minji Park and Kim Min-sol, finished within the top ten. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-22: Yuri Yoshida wins BMW Ladies Championship in South Korea Yuri Yoshida won the BMW Ladies Championship in South Korea, edging out Haeran Ryu and Hye-Jin Choi in a rain-affected tournament at Pine Beach Golf Links. 10 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/yoo-hae-ran-leads-bmw-ladies-championship-after-two-eagles ### 2026-10-04: Yoo Hae-ran wins KLPGA Hite Jinro Championship major Yoo Hae-ran won the KLPGA's Hite Jinro Championship, marking her first domestic major and her third major title of the season following two LPGA victories. 4 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/yoo-hae-ran-wins-klpga-hite-jinro-championship-major --- Cite as: Yoo Hae-ran and Haeran Ryu professional golf performance.
