An EU-funded project titled ‘City of the Future. Reda 2036 – Youth Voice that Changes Decisions’ has begun involving teenagers in urban planning discussions with local government. This effort is supported by the Reda Municipal Youth Council and the Inthinknity Foundation to address needs for public social and cultural spaces. This included a workshop led by psychologist Marcin Szulc titled ‘What we know about Generation Z, how we can support them and what we can learn from each other’, designed to help caregivers understand the communication styles and technological challenges of younger residents.
