Various youth-oriented events and competitions are being organized across Romania. In early October 2026, Pitești hosted the third edition of the ‘Cariera ta’ (Your Career) fair to assist students with educational and professional guidance, while Ploiești scheduled the ‘Crosul Tineretului’ (Youth Cross) sports competition.

Following these events, sports initiatives for students expanded. The inaugural Pitești High School Football Cup was organized to promote teamwork and healthy lifestyles among local high schools, with matches set to begin in mid-October. Additionally, athletes from the Focșani High School with Sports Program reported competitive results in national and county-level basketball, judo, handball, and football.
