The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) has engaged in both international outreach and domestic political mobilization in Andhra Pradesh. In late July, YSRCP General Secretary Aluru Samba Siva Reddy launched a new NRI Wing website in Dallas, Texas, encouraging Telugu professionals to join a “Jagan Task Force” to support the party through technology and advocacy.

Simultaneously, YSRCP leader Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has focused on supporting party members facing legal challenges. In late July, Reddy planned a visit to Srikakulam to meet arrested leader Dr. Seediri Appalaraju. By mid-August, this trend continued with a scheduled visit to the Panchalingala District Jail in Kurnool to meet with incarcerated Alur MLA Virupakshi.

Throughout these developments, Reddy has maintained a critical stance against the administration of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, alleging political harassment, misuse of power, and negligence regarding various local incidents.
