British automaker Zenos is reviving its E10 lightweight sports car for 2027. Following an acquisition by AC Cars, the brand intends to transition from a kit-car format to providing finished, high-performance vehicles.

The new generation of the E10 will utilize a hybrid monocoque construction consisting of an extruded aluminum spine paired with a recycled carbon fiber tub, maintaining a curb weight of under 800 kg. To facilitate production, Zenos has entered a strategic agreement with Lotus Cars to use the Hethel Performance Hub for assembly.

The lineup includes two turbocharged, rear-wheel-drive models with six-speed manual transmissions. The flagship E10 rZ model features a Volvo turbo engine producing approximately 380 hp, capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. A second variant, the E10 r2, utilizes a 2.3-liter engine delivering roughly 300-304 hp. While road-registered versions are available in the UK, the vehicles may be offered as track-only options in other markets, such as the United States.
