The 78th Zlatá Přilba speedway tournament took place in Pardubice, featuring 37 riders from four continents. Czech rider Jan Kvěch secured the victory, marking the first time a Czech competitor has won the trophy in nine years.

Kvěch achieved a perfect score in his qualifying group and maintained a maximum of 10 points through the quarter-finals. The final heat proved highly contentious, requiring three attempts following collisions and falls involving riders such as Kim Nilsson and Jason Doyle. After a difficult start, Kvěch navigated the field and overtook Andžejs Lebeděvs in the penultimate lap to secure the title.

Andžejs Lebeděvs finished in second place, while German rider Huckenbeck took third. Other notable performances included Václav Milík, who finished tenth, and Jakub Jamróg, who was the only Polish rider to reach the top twelve. The competition featured a diverse international field, including three-time winner Jason Doyle and several riders from Poland, Denmark, and Sweden.
