1. FC Köln targets Thijs Dallinga and Mikey Moore

German Bundesliga club 1. FC Köln is active in the transfer market, securing a deal for Dutch forward Thijs Dallinga and pursuing Tottenham Hotspur winger Mikey Moore.

Dallinga joins Köln on loan from Bologna FC 1909. The 26-year-old striker, who previously found success at Toulouse, struggled in Serie A with only five goals in 54 appearances for Bologna. The loan agreement includes an option for Köln to purchase the player permanently for a fee reported to be between €11 million and €13 million.

Additionally, Köln is seeking to finalize a loan deal for 18-year-old winger Mikey Moore from Tottenham Hotspur. While terms are reportedly agreed upon between the clubs, the move is currently pending final approval from Tottenham. Moore is looking to build on his recent loan spell at Rangers.
