Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026.

By using CLSTR you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

CLSTR aggregates news articles from third-party publishers, groups related coverage, and provides automatically generated titles and summaries together with links back to the original sources. The service is informational and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or any other advice.

Headlines and summaries on CLSTR are produced by automated systems and may omit context or contain errors. When accuracy matters, please open the original source.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability.

Third-party content

Headlines, snippets, and links shown on CLSTR reference content owned by the respective publishers. CLSTR does not claim ownership of that content; all rights remain with the original rights holders. Clicking through takes you to the publisher's site, governed by their own terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email and may not impersonate others or sign up on behalf of a person without their permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law. Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from the service; (b) attempt to overwhelm, probe, or disrupt the service; (c) reverse engineer or circumvent access controls or rate limits, except to the extent permitted by law; (d) use the service to violate the law, infringe rights, or harass others; or (e) use automated systems to create accounts or generate traffic.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, security issues, or operational reasons. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@clstr.news.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLSTR and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
