London’s 100 Club will host two special shows on September 20 and 21, 2026, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of its historic 1976 ‘Punk Special’. To honor the era, tickets will be priced at £1.50, matching the cost of the original performances.

The landmark 1976 event featured then-unsigned acts such as the Sex Pistols, The Clash, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Damned, and Buzzcocks. The original shows are regarded as a major launchpad for the British punk movement.

The anniversary lineup features contemporary artists including Irish band Sprints and Manchester-based rockers Maruja. The event aims to celebrate both the history of the genre and its modern evolution.
