115 Nghe An General Hospital waives fees for Dong Nai murder survivor

115 Nghe An General Hospital has announced it will waive all medical and rehabilitation costs for Nguyen Viet Quang, the sole survivor of a fatal attack in Dong Nai. Quang, 41, suffered a 76% bodily injury rate, including severe damage to nerves, muscles, and tendons, after being stabbed 31 times.

In addition to his physical injuries, Quang is facing significant psychological trauma following the deaths of his wife and two children during the incident. The hospital is providing full coverage, including VIP room accommodations, to support his long-term recovery process.

The attack occurred in early September when Nguyen Duc Anh entered the residence in Binh Minh commune. On October 6, the People's Court of Dong Nai sentenced Nguyen Duc Anh to death for murder and the illegal use of military weapons.
