11‑year‑old Huy rescues brother from drowning at Noong Hoi lake, Son La

On 25 July, an 11‑year‑old boy named Tòng Khắc Huy saved his 5‑year‑old cousin who fell into the deep waters of Noong Hoi lake in Thuận Châu commune, Son La province, Vietnam. Huy first tried to swim to the child, then lowered a scooter for the victim to hold onto and pulled him toward the shore with help from nearby residents.
