13‑year‑old Ali Thục Phương to perform at Hanoi's Concert Thanh Xuân

Vietnamese child star Ali Thục Phương, age 13, will appear as the youngest performer at Concert Thanh Xuân, a free artistic program for youth held on 27 June at the F1 racetrack beside My Đình Stadium in Hanoi. The concert celebrates the successful 13th National Youth Union Congress and is organized by the Tiền Phong newspaper under the direction of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

The event will feature a line‑up of popular singers such as Hòa Minzy, Quang Hùng, Master D, Võ Hạ Trâm and others. Ali, known for her role as Tú in the film “Cách Em 1 Milimet”, also stars in the upcoming film “Phía Bên Kia Thành Phố”. She has a TikTok channel with over one million followers, and a video singing “Em Là Mầm Non Của Đảng” with her grandmother has amassed more than 50 million views. Ali is one of ten exemplary children representing the nation’s youth at the congress for the 2026‑2031 term.
