156/Silence releases sixth studio album ‘From A Distance’

Pittsburgh-based metalcore band 156/Silence has released their sixth studio album, ‘From A Distance’, via Pure Noise Records. The release is accompanied by a music video for the title track, which features guest vocals from Alex Reade of Make Them Suffer.

The album includes 12 tracks and features guest appearances from Mike Hranica of The Devil Wears Prada and Tony Castrati of Crippling Alcoholism. The band described the title track as a message of hope, stating, “Through all the bad and evil, there will always be more good.”

To support the new record, the band is embarking on a 20-date US headlining tour starting September 9 in Worcester, Massachusetts, and concluding in their hometown of Pittsburgh on October 3. They are also scheduled to perform at the Louder Than Life festival on September 20, followed by a European and UK tour in October alongside The Devil Wears Prada, Novelists, and Oversize. A tour of Australia is planned for February 2027.
